Veloona Refund Policy
🕒 Return Period
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed since your order, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
🎁 Non-returnable Items

Gift cards are non-returnable.

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to us before receiving a Return # and return instructions from our customer service team.
⚠️ Partial or No Refunds
Partial or no refunds will be granted in the following cases (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
💳 Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt.
We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

🏷️ Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
🔁 Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at 📩 veloonaofficial@gmail.com to obtain exchange instructions.
🎁 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the order was shipped to the gift giver, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.
🚚 Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over RM75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
