We deliver peace of mind — and we stand by it.


🔍 Inspect Upon Delivery

At Veloona, every product is carefully checked before it leaves our warehouse. However, in rare cases, damage may occur during transit.

We strongly advise all customers to inspect your items immediately upon delivery.

If you notice any damage — such as cracks, dents, or broken parts — please:

  • Do not sign off on the delivery slip just yet

  • Contact us right away via:

For minor surface scratches or dents, we will offer on-site touch-up, repair, or item replacement based on the severity.


💸 Refunds — When Do We Offer Them?

We only process refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock after purchase due to rapid sales or supplier miscount

  • Severe manufacturing defects that cannot be fixed, repaired, or replaced

✅ In such cases, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.


🎨 What If the Product Color Looks Different From Online Photos?

Please note that minor color variations may occur due to:

  • Studio lighting during photography

  • Screen/display differences (mobile vs desktop)

We do not accept refund or return requests for slight color tone differences unless the wrong item was delivered (e.g., you ordered a coffee table but received a console table).

We always aim to show the most accurate product visuals — and what you see is what we deliver, as closely as possible.


⚠️ Clearance & ‘1 SET ONLY’ Offers – Final Sale

All products marked as Clearance, Warehouse Sale, or 1 Set Only are non-returnable, non-refundable, and not covered under warranty, unless clearly stated otherwise.

These items may have cosmetic defects or display usage, which will be shown and described in the product listing.

❗ If you reject a clearance item at the point of delivery, a non-refundable delivery fee of RM80 will still apply.
