20. Promotions, Vouchers & Campaigns

• Vouchers are valid only on our official website unless stated otherwise.
• One voucher per customer/transaction; non-refundable and non-stackable.
• Minimum spend, discount cap, and expiry dates apply per campaign.
• Veloona reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel vouchers or fraudulent orders.
• If stock is insufficient, Veloona may cancel affected orders and refund payments.

Example – “Golden Ticket Campaign”

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Eligible orders receive one entry while stocks last. Winners must contact Veloona before the stated deadline or prizes may be forfeited. Campaigns are limited to Malaysian customers unless otherwise stated.
