Refund policy

Returns

VELOONA accepts returns within 30 days of purchase if the item is in original condition. Email veloonaofficial@gmail.com first to get a Return number. Do not send items back without that number.

Damaged or leaking items

Inspect the parcel when it arrives. Report damage, leaks, or missing items within 48 hours with photos and your order number to veloonaofficial@gmail.com. We replace defective items and items damaged in transit.

Non-returnable

Gift cards are non-returnable. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds. Return courier cost is paid by the customer unless we sent the wrong or damaged item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, we email you. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within a few business days.
