Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. VELOONA offers free shipping to West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia) with no minimum spend.

East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan) shipping is calculated at checkout. For rates, email veloonaofficial@gmail.com.

Order processing

Orders are packed and processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Peak or festive seasons may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping time (Malaysia)

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1–5 business days, depending on location and courier.

Change of order or address

Email veloonaofficial@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed.

International shipping
