All Veloona orders are carefully packed and processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During peak or festive seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.

🚚 Shipping Time (Malaysia)

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1–5 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

✏️ Change of Order / Address

We understand that mistakes can happen.

If you need to change your order details or delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at 📩 veloonaofficial@gmail.com.

We process most orders on the same day they are placed — once an order has been shipped from our fulfillment center, we can no longer make changes to it.

We’ll do our best to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

Currently, Veloona ships primarily within Malaysia.
