2. How should I use the aroma concentrate with my mist humidifier?
To use our aroma concentrate with your mist humidifier, first, fill it up to the brim with water. Next, soak the filter on both sides with water to ensure proper distribution. Then, add 5-10 drops of our aroma concentrate to the water. Finally, connect the humidifier to a USB port, as it is not rechargeable.
3. Is your mist humidifier have auto-off function and how long it last?
Our mist humidifier can operate for approximately 30-40 minutes on a single use. Please note that it does not have an auto-off feature, so we recommend monitoring its operation and turning it off manually when needed.
4. Can I use this oil for candle making?
Our aroma concentrates are specifically formulated for use with mist humidifiers and may not be suitable for candle making. For candle making, we recommend using fragrance oils that are designed for that purpose, as they are formulated to withstand high temperatures and mix well with wax.
5. Why does the mist humidifier give off a funny smell after some time, and what should I do about it?
A funny smell from the mist humidifier after some time can be caused by stale water, residue buildup, or a dirty filter. To resolve this, we recommend cleaning the water tank and filter thoroughly using fresh water.
If the smell persists even after cleaning, please check if the filter needs to be replaced, as an old or clogged filter can contribute to unpleasant odors.
